Orders can be placed by calling 630.499.5000 between 8AM – 5PM central standard time; by faxing the order to 630.499.9900; or by e-mailing the order to services@culturemediasupplies.com. All orders normally ship within 3 – 5 business days.
If you don’t see the media you want on our web site, please call or drop us a line.

Shipping Information
All shipments are FOB shipping point. Plated and slanted culture media products require refrigeration. As a result, all shipments of these media outside a two day UPS ground shipping radius are shipped UPS Blue (2 day). Plated and slanted products are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. All bottle, jar and tubed media products (weather permitting), dehydrated media and lab supplies are shipped UPS ground. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
