Use: Tryptic Soy Agar with Lecithin & Tween 80 is used for the detection and enumeration of microorganisms on the surace of sanitary containers, equipment, and surfaces.

Description: Casein and soy peptones supply basic nutrients for bacterial growth. Sodium chloride maintains electrolyte balance. Lecithin is used to neutralize quaternary ammonium compounds. Tween 80 inactivates phenolic disinfectants, hexachlorophene, and formalin.
