All products sold by Culture Media & Supplies, Inc. are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return a defective product to us for a refund or exchange. (Note: Prepared Media is perishable and not subject to return unless it is defective. Dehydrated Media will only be replaced if it is defective.) Products returned must be complete with the original packaging in the condition in which they were received. Customers wishing to return a defective product must contact us at 630.499.5000 to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
If you would like to return a non-defective lab supply product, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Customers returning non-defective lab products will be responsible for paying return postage, and the shipping & handling charges from the original shipment will not be refunded to the customer. Non-defective returned items will also be charged a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the value of the refund. Lab supply products returned, which are not in original condition, or products returned beyond 30 days of original receipt by the customer, or products returned unaccompanied by a valid RMA number, will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
