Use: Agar medium which mets APHA specifications for obtaining the microbial content of food, dairy products, water and wastewater.

Description: Trypto Glucose Extract Agar is formulated according to the specifications described by the APHA for use in performing the Aerobic Plate Count of bacteria in dairy and food products. It also can be used to the Heterotrophic Plate Count for water and wastewater analysis.
